Riley is a 2L from Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering. During his undergraduate, Riley worked for Braun Intertec, a civil engineering company, where he did research on construction materials. Most recently, Riley worked as a Legal Intern at Harman, where he primarily worked on Patent and Trademark issues related to their consumer product brands JBL and Harman Kardon. Outside of PLF, Riley is an Associate Editor for IDEA®: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property and a Teaching Assistant for the Contracts course.
Matt Kelly, Director of Events
Matt is a 2L from Cupertino, CA. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from The University of Texas. Most recently, Matt did work in patent prosecution and litigation at Mark A. Litman & Associates in Edina, MN. Outside of PLF, Matt is a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and is an Associate Editor for IDEA®: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property.

Robert Bronchick, Director of Finance
Robert "Bobby" Bronchick is a 2L from Boca Raton, FL. He graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Most recently, Robert worked for the Intellectual Property Department at Bottomline Techonlogies in Portsmouth, NH where he assisted in patent drafting, replying to office actions, coordinating examiner and inventor interviews, and portfolio strategization. In addition to serving as a member of the PLF Board, Robert is the Treasurer for SIPLA, Teaching Assistant for the Hybrid IP Legal Research course, and is an Associate Editor for IDEA®: The Law of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property.
Matthew Arsenault, Communications Director
Matthew is a 2L from Dracut, MA. He graduated with a B.S. in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he researched to improve the recyclability of plastic materials such as single-use bags and foams. He also performed research for the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center to improve the current efficiency of Microclimate cooling systems for soldiers. Most recently, Matt spent his summer preparing for the patent bar while marketing and working to sell the intellectual property for his patent Peanut Butter Slices. Outside of PLF, Matt is an Associate Editor for IDEA®: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property and President of the UNH Law Outdoor Club.
Mitchell Gross, Blog Director
Mitchell is a 2L from Bloomington, MN. At the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, he graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. A year later, he received his Master’s in Biomedical Engineering, with a focus on neural engineering. While at the University of Minnesota, he conducted research under Dr. Patrick Bolan regarding neural networks creating T2 MR images. Most recently, Mitchell worked for Attorney Mark Litman as a summer associate, where he worked on both patent prosecution and litigation. In addition to serving as a PLF board member, Mitchell is also an Associate Editor for IDEA®: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property.
Jacquelyn Pariseau, Director of Events
Jacquelyn “Jackie” Pariseau is a 2L from Worcester, MA. She graduated from Endicott College with a B.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Finance. During her undergraduate career, Jacquelyn conducted chemical research for the Department of Defense where she helped create the current military uniforms. Most recently, Jacquelyn was selected as the William Craig Fellow for The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, where she helped write contracts and create projects to provide housing for underserved communities. Outside of PLF, Jacquelyn is a Teaching Assistant for Contracts and a member of the UNH Moot Court Team.
Ryan Vacca, Faculty Advisor
Professor Vacca joined the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2017. Prior to this, he was the David L. Brennan Professor of Law at the University of Akron School of Law (2010-2017), where he also served as Director of the Center for Intellectual Property Law and Technology (2015-2017) and Interim Co-Dean (2016-2017). Professor Vacca teaches, or has taught, Fundamentals of Intellectual Property, Patent Law, Copyrights, Trademarks, Trade Secrets, Current Issues in IP, Contracts, Property, and Professional Responsibility. Professor Vacca has also been a visiting professor at the University of Oregon School of Law, the University of Denver College of Law, Swinburne University Law School (Melbourne, Australia), and Wuhan University of Technology (Wuhan, China). He received his B.A. from Amherst College, his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law (Order of the Coif), and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property from New York University School of Law.
